The Food Goddess Group – April 2016 Start

I’ve been coaching individuals to heal their hormones naturally for several years with great success. For the last year I’ve known that I am playing small. Everyday I hear from another woman struggling with hormonal symptoms and I think to myself, “I wish I could reach more people”. That’s why I’m so excited to be starting a new Group Coaching program.

This is NOT your everyday nutrition program and it is NOT specifically about weight loss.

On the opposite weeks we will have a teleconference to keep you on track and discover new tools to keep you motivated and inspired and work on any challenges.

Monthly Bonus: Each month you will receive a 30 minute phone or in-person session with me designed to look at your individual needs and help you ‘tweak’ your program so you can achieve your personal health goals.

2nd Week – April 17th from 3:30 to 5:00pm – Phone session – This will be recorded if you can’t be on the call

3rd Week – April 24th from 3:30 to 5:00pm – Live  in person session in Dublin (at a beautiful office)

4th Week – May 1st from 3:30 to 5:00pm – Phone session – This will be recorded if you can’t be on the call

5th Week – May 8th from 3:30 to 5:00pm – Live  in person session in Dublin (at a beautiful office)

 

MONTH 2 – May/June

6th Week – May 15th from 3:30 to 5:00 – Phone session – This will be recorded in case you can’t be on the call

7th Week – May 22nd from 3:30 to 5:00pm – Live in person session in Dublin (at a beautiful office)

8th Week – May 29th from 3:30 to 5:00pm – Phone session – This is recoded in case you can’t be on the call

9th Week – We are skipping the 5th and the 12th will be a recorded bonus session because I will be on the AIDS Lifecycle- We will add an extra week to make up for this. This is an integration week.

10th Week – June 19th from 3:30 to 5:00pm – Live  in person session in Dublin (at a beautiful office)
